I love how when you get all worked up over something, and make all kinds of plans, life throws you a big fat curve ball. Like, "Haha! That'll teach you to think you're in control of this!". Dave got the word today about his official follow-on from Wright-Patt and AFIT.

Whoa, whoa, whoa--hold the phone!! Does that mean you're moving to Albuquerque?! Grant's parents live like 45 min south of there in Los Lunas!
It means, after 18 months in Ohio (during which I fully expect to make at least one trip to Chicago to see your baby, not you, Kendra) we will most likely be moving to Albuquerque. Unless Dave gets into Test Pilot School right after grad school, in which case we will be headed back here to Edwards. So, it's either NM or Edwards.
random: my friend is having a baby in a month or two and wants to try cloth diapers. any advice? what's the best kind to get? thanks!
